At Casper, we want you to love your sleep setup; that is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on our mattresses and a 30-day return window for most accessories. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will arrange for a full refund and even handle the heavy lifting for mattress pickups.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Sleep Specialists to start your return or exchange within your trial period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and large furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home.

• 3.
  Ship Small Items

  For pillows, sheets, and smaller accessories, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
